PREVIOUSLY ABS AND CORE
A circuit workout that progresses through various functional core strengthening exercises. Core workouts help build support and stability around the muscles connected to your spine, not just your abs!
PREVIOUSLY F10 ALPINE
This class will focus on helping climbers and alpinists build muscular endurance for their next big adventure. The programming incorporates long, grinding intervals as opposed to the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) typically seen in F10 Fitness and Basics classes. Workouts will be 30 to 40 minutes in length with light loads to help build both cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Alpine Fit will help you climb longer, build strength and stay light.
